I had 4 teeth left in my mouth. Dr Zach and team at Pittsburgh clearchoice gave me a beautiful smile with dental implants. I had a freaky artery that somehow burst, 2 weeks after surgery. Dr Zach has shown me that he cares. He has helped through the headaches ive been getting, and walked me through the healing journey. Thanks!

I first met with Michelle for my consultation. She was super warm and welcoming and compassionate. I wasn't sure how I was going to fund my new teeth, but she never gave up on me. When I finally called to confirm I could indeed move forward with the proposed treatment plan, she was just as thrilled as I was. The whole treatment process was awesome and all the staff were friendly and patient. I am, and will forever be grateful for the beautiful work they did. I finally feel like a whole person now!

Update: August 2026 Got my final set !! My smile looks natural and feels so comfortable. I have a real smile and I can eat real food again. It's all because of this office in Pittsburgh. Michelle is still super friendly and welcoming, like genuinely meeting a lifelong friend !!! Today I was with Carina and Dr Cowen who are so warm and willing to answer all my questions. Sounds kooky, but walking back into this bldg for the final visit is like coming home, for a visit. I've had the best service here each time, from Dr Raffensperger, Carol and everyone else I met. They all had great energy and explained everything going on, and they were very accommodating when I needed to change my appt. I appreciate this experience erythromycin them more than I can express. Thank you. Friendly and welcoming from the start. Clear discussion of the procedure and samples to provide a visual and hands-on understanding of the implant. The surgery was expertly explained, the doctor was engaging and reassuring. I had an excellent experience at ClearChoice from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which made a process that could feel overwhelming much more comfortable. The intake/consultation with Michelle was thorough, and they took the time to explain every step of the dental implant process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident moving forward. Dr. Raffensperger at ClearChoice-Pittsburgh is great! From the day I met on consultation day, I felt at ease listening to him talk through what the procedure would entail and confidently answering every question. My procedure went well and I was back to work after 4 days in my temporary teeth. Dr. R fitted my temps really well, trimming the excess material amd adjusting the bite/alignment. They looked a lot more natural than most dentures and i was more than happy with the appearance. I've seen and read about the temp teeth breaking/cracking but i had zero issues with mine. 10-day and 3 month follow up appointments were great. All of the staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their jobs. That was a plus, as it confirmed that this was the right place for me to have this done. My implants set and healed with no complications and I got my final zirconia teeth installed on 4/8/2026, which was 10 days shy of 4 months since surgery day. I greatly appreciate Michelle Makepeace, Dr. Raffensperger, and all of the other staff who got me to and through this life changing process with the best possible outcome achieved!
